My First Class - Getting Started

To attend class Create An Account,

click on the “Login/Register” link above.

After that you may Purchase A Package

Then you will be able to Schedule A Class!

Most importantly don’t be nervous. You are going to have a blast and get an amazing workout! 

 

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class so that your instructor can give you a brief orientation on the Megaformer.

  • Grip socks are required for class. If you do not have a pair we have some available for purchase in the studio.

  • You must be 16 years or older to attend class. If you are under 18 we require a signature from a parent or guardian.

Contracts

You will be billed each month for your contract on your renew date which is typically every 30 days. 

Please be aware that contracts auto renew. To stop auto renewal of your contract please contact the studio one week prior to auto renewal date. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

To not be penalized for a cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel your reservation 10 hours before your class begins. You can cancel your reservation in the following way:

Log into your account and click into your schedule, then click cancel next to the class that you wish to cancel. This must be received 10 hours before your scheduled class begins to avoid a cancellation fee. No phone or email cancellations.

Late cancel: If you cancel your class within 10 hours of the class beginning you will be charged $15.

No Show: If you cancel your class within 1 hour of the class beginning or if you do not cancel and do not show, you will be charged $20.

Our classes are very limited and we must adhere to our cancellation policy, there will be no exceptions.

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients. 

Contracts:  For each contract, you are charged monthly. Please be aware that all contracts auto-renew. To stop the auto-renewal of your contract please contact the studio at least 1 week prior to your auto-renewal date. This date can be found under your account details.
