The Megaformer
Studio Revolution is the only fitness boutique on the Northshore featuring The Megaformer. This revolutionary machine evolved from the classical Pilates reformer. It provides spring resistance which keeps muscles engaged throughout the entire work out targeting slow twitch muscle fibers which are scientifically proven to burn more fat and create longer leaner muscle tone. Though slow and controlled movements and fast transitions between exercises The Megaformer allows you to train at a much higher intensity challenging the cardiovascular system in ways classical Pilates cannot. Christina Mills, Doctor of Physical Therapy - Owner
Christina received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006. Her passion has always been in health and fitness and helping people reach their goals. She first discovered the Lagree Method 8 yrs. ago in Lafayette, LA. She had just given birth to her first son and was having horrible low back pain.
As a Physical Therapist she knew she had to find a workout that would improve her core strength but at the same time give her an incredible workout. That is when she discovered the Lagree Method and was hooked. After 2 months at the studio, her low back pain was gone. Because of the major transformation the workout did to her body, she continued practicing the method.
Christina will swear to you that she has done hundreds of different workouts but none compare to The Lagree Method. She is so excited to be the first person to bring the Lagree Method on the Megaformer to the Northshore!

Born and raised in Mississippi, my family moved to Louisiana 17 years ago. I enjoy all there is to offer on the Northshore - outdoor activities with our kids and dog are our favorite pastime!
I have been an instructor at Studio Revolution for over two years now and love it more every day. As an instructor, it is such a gift to be able to see members progress not just with their physical fitness but with their self-confidence and personal growth. When a member hits that challenging move for the first time the positive energy is palpable!
My favorite move is the plank to pike for that very reason. It is an incredibly powerful move and I know how amazing it felt to hit it the first time myself and to be able to experience that with members is a really special moment. Studio Revolution has changed me mentally and physically and I cannot tell enough people to walk in the door and experience it themselves!

Physical fitness has been a priority of mine for over twenty years. From running to weight training to yoga, exercise has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
4 years ago, I found Lagree at Studio Revolution where I can get a full body workout and cardio in just 45 minutes. Talk about love at first sight! The mental and physical challenge that each class presents has truly changed my mind and body. My strength and long lean muscle mass have grown at a quicker rate than ever before.
Taking on the role of instructor is an absolute honor! I sincerely hope that I can encourage and motivate each and every client that I have the privilege of teaching just like the amazing instructors have done for me.
One of the most rewarding parts of being an instructor is teaching a client when they first try Lagree and then seeing them grow leaps and bounds in their form and seeing all the changes to their bodies in just a short period of time. Before Lagree, I dreaded working out. By chance, I was invited to a Lagree class at Studio Revolution and was immediately hooked. I love the idea of a workout that challenges me not only physically, but also mentally. With Lagree, the workout is always fresh, stimulating, and challenging. Each class makes me feel as though I am growing mentally and physically stronger.
I am so grateful to be a trainer at this studio and be able to help clients discover their own personal passion for health and fitness as I did. I am a CPA by trade and I never thought I would go from running the numbers to running the class!
When I'm not at my second home, Studio Revolution, you can find me with my 2 dogs and 2 cats, a Jane Austen novel, or spending time with my husband. We love Covington and all that it has to offer and are so grateful that Studio Revolution is part of this community.
Rachael Riley
Rachael is a certified and licensed occupational therapist who works with both children and adults. In addition to her OT practice, she has completed over 500 hours of advanced yoga training, including a Level 1 Intensive Meditation training with her teachers in Thailand and Bali. Rachael teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Meditation, Restorative, and Pre-Natal yoga. She incorporates live music and mantra chanting while singing and playing the guitar, sound bowl, and harmonium. Rachael enjoys incorporating aspects of yoga - breathwork, and mindfulness into her stretch classes at Studio Revolution. Outside of her work, Rachael enjoys meditating, playing music, and being with her family.
Sunni Hayes
Sunni has been a registered nurse for 17 years and first became hooked on the benefits of exercise as a new mother living in Miami. This passion resulted in becoming a group fitness instructor for pre and postnatal women, an experience ignited an interest in health and wellness outside of the traditional healthcare model and the first step toward becoming a certified nutrition coach by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Sunni enjoys many modalities of fitness from yoga to HIIT and half marathons, but Lagree is the one she will stick with forever! She loves that Lagree provides the benefit of strength, flexibility, balance and cardio allowing individuals of very different fitness levels to attend the same class and all get an intense workout!
