CANCELLATION POLICY
To not be penalized for a cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel your reservation 10 hours before your class. You are able to cancel your reservation in the following way:
Log into your account and click in to your schedule, then click cancel next to the class that you wish to cancel. This must be received 10 hours prior to your scheduled class to avoid a cancellation fee. No phone or email cancellations.
Early Cancel: You can cancel your reservation by logging into our live online scheduler and canceling your session at least 10 hours prior to your scheduled class time. No late fees or penalties will occur.
Late cancel: Classes not cancelled 10 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a late cancel fee of $12.
No Show: If you do not late cancel or do not show, you will be charged a no show fee of $15.
Our classes are very limited and we must adhere to our cancellation policy, sorry there will be no exceptions.
A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients.
Contracts: For each contract you are charged monthly. Please be aware that all contracts auto-renew. To stop auto-renewal of your contract please contact the studio at least 1 week prior to your auto-renewal date. This date can be found under your account details.
